End rescinds ballot, strike over, and Tech rejects dissolution of the Congress.

This morning, President Tech has rejected the dissolution of the Congress, which was requested by Talion and Theory. He claims,
"It is their choice if they wish to raise the matter again, but for now I am obligated to respond to their request with reference to the circumstances they refer to, which are now outdated."
During this time, Tech also froze all government services. At 8:54 AM CST, he unfroze the services and purged any ballots that were part of the LBP (Longest Ballot Protest). Some ballots were deleted incorrectly, but they have been given the opportunity to repost their declarations.
The strike is deemed over by many, leaving departments re-opening. A key candidate in this month's election, End, has rescinded their ballot, likely due to the recent protests.
