Terms of Use

Gnomestack is a community newsletter service for the DemocracyCraft Minecraft server, operated by GnomeCorp. It deals only in DemocracyCraft server currency and has no real-world monetary value.

• Wallets are custodial. Funds you add are held by Gnomestack and credited to your balance. You may withdraw your unspent balance to your linked Minecraft account at any time.
• Purchases are generally final.Subscriptions, passes, and post unlocks are charged from your wallet to the publication's escrow. Refunds are at the discretion of the writer or Gnomestack admins.
• Subscriptions auto-renew.A subscription renews each period from your wallet until you turn off auto-renew; access continues through the period you've paid for.
• Platform fee. There is no platform fee. Creators keep 100% of each subscription, pass, or unlock. Adding funds and withdrawals are free.
• Writer responsibility. Publication owners are solely responsible for their content and for honoring what their tiers and passes promise. GnomeCorp does not guarantee any publication.
• Prohibited use.Don't use Gnomestack for scams, fraud, harassment, plagiarism, or anything that violates DemocracyCraft server rules. Publications may be paused, suspended, or refunded by admins.
• Identity. You must link your Minecraft account to move funds or run a publication. You are responsible for activity on your account.
