Hies's PenmanshipThe how to guide of getting into a rabbit hole
and the story of a (now) district judge blowing up a town

Author's note
This is a article, of an article about the CFMR (Central Flats Merchant Republic). Which in itself was suppose to be a part of another article researching for a much bigger article on the towns in the area of the Central Flats. If there is something you should take away from this is that a project can get big in scope wise, and quickly at that. I can tell you it is still a work in progress, with more people to ask and more that are long gone. The Sources I used can be consider biased as it seems it was written by the people living there, not a third party. This is a snapshot of the current progress and my never-ending quest for a more definitive answer. So, with that out of the way let's get on with it.
Boredom
It the 9th Of July, a Thursday (the most boring day of the week) and a man was fixing up grief damage done by an unknown person in New Anderella. It wasn't anything to write about, get dirt, fill gaps, and tear a few of the unoccupied griefed houses down. But as the seconds tick on and the supercomputer that we call a "Brain" manages to think of other subjects he had a question. "What was so New about this Anderella that it had to be distinct from the old one? And so he went to the what should have been the most sensible place the RNA (Redmont National Archives). After a quick trip our man was astonished to find the RNA was archiving, NOTHING (and if it's actually holding info on this topic please contact me), except for this chicken.

A lead
Feeling a little lost he returns back to Anderella and just walks town both to think and see if there's still grief damage. Then he finds a sign, quite literally in fact. As in the building he just voted in for a "CFMR" Assemblyman 2 weeks earlier it has a archives room of itself. And in it lies a book made by the man he just voted for, the man who built New Anderella and the building the man is standing in, he's EnemyBerry(1069).

Maybe this will be a quick story, one where it will be in Gnomestack by Sunday, until he opens the book 75 Pages. He rightfully realized that there could be a better solution than to spent an hour reading a Minecraft book, the DC Wiki. With little to no effort he manages to find an article on Anderella, and it's short but does raise questions. "what is the CFMR?" "What is the APU, doesn't it stand for auxiliary power unit?". With that he realizes there is no way around other than through so in he digs into the book.
"Early CF" and the Psychology rant it brings.
And there lies the answers, with some questions as well. The problem that I was finding through this book is that when I visit a location mentioned it was usually war-torn and with inactivity some info could not be gather. Example, I visited his first homestead of .Costcorep (which founded the CFMR and Major towns), which was apparently right by the Airfield, it was nothing except stone. Another example, the book mentions a town that from a sign there was quote "one of the best". Exploring the ruins of said town which was called Havenvalley, I found the Courthouse. In which I stumble upon a deposit chest, used apparently to deposit books for lawsuits. Now in that chest lies a copy of and I quote "The CFMR 2" written by .CostcoRep(3459). Now Costcorep founded the first and second CFMR so he should know a ton and a good amount of info could lie in that Book. But since Costcorep is now inactive he also took that with him as he left the server.
A man who aided
This story is in early 2024 as in the first CFMR and (old) Anderella, the town was half beaten to death in an alliance of the GER (Galactic Empire of Redmont) and the 1008er Mafia. Then after the CFMR dissolves the town was griefed by local and now district judge ko531. And the reason provided in the Wiki was "it didn't look good in front of his house (which is fair).
Conclusion
If there is something, anything that this rant and a half that is disguising as an educational piece is this. If you try to do research set boundaries and clear goals. I went into this wanting a "General article on the towns surrounding the central flats". To which became "A History of the CFMR" to which is not done and will probably take 4 articles so the reader can digest it slowly and not sleep halfway. Point is history, even on a Minecraft server can be a complicated ordeal. And simply put some of the history is simply lost as war rages and cities grief, people quit and time passes. So, if you visit the Central Flats today or any Archaeological sites in game or otherwise, I believe it's ok to visit and explore it as long as it isn't damaging the site any further.
