Technofied tells us that "It is with a deep sorrow that I announce I have taken action to remove xEndeavour from the Staff Team." What he isn't telling you is that xEndeavour hasn't merely been removed from the staff team- he's been removed entirely from this ephemeral mortal plane of existence and been reinstated at God's pearly gates. It's true that xEndeavour has been removed entirely from the staff team, yes- but this is because it's impossible for one to participate in staff activities when said individual has been abducted and subsequently executed.

We know for a fact that Agrari threatened to dox xEndeavour, implying that xEndeavour's real-world home address was not necessarily common knowledge but at least knowledge known by at least one external party. We also know that the 'protestors' (who, in fact, were conducting themselves more akin to an insurgency) were running amok in an incredibly violent fashion for nearly the entire day. I joined the server myself to gauge the extent of the bloodshed, and I can attest solely from the sheer number of shell casings and bloodstains that all semblance of order had completely broken down. Some people dedicate immense portions of their free time to DemocracyCraft- treating it much like a real job or a full-time hobby rather than a throwaway minecraft server. Given the intense and extreme actions of the insurgency, in conjunction with the fact that this server is an invaluable part of many people's social lives, what reasons, pray tell, do we have to believe that real-world physical action is below them? People have been known to, in 'gamer rage', destroy their controllers or headphones; why would destroying xEndeavour (who the insurgency clearly see as subhuman) be any different?

We've had nothing but radio silence from xEndeavour for most of an entire day. This kind of silence from a member so deeply ingrained within the DemocracyCraft community is entirely unprecedented and out of the ordinary. As the former server owner, xEndeavour has a responsibility to the community- one he has historically not been known to shirk- and, when the facts that we know are taken into consideration, the shirking of the past day suddenly gains a new, much more sinister alternate possibility. I propose, with the facts we know to be true, the following scenario:

1) xEndeavour had his home address leaked to the insurgency via the proxy of the banned Agrari.
2) The insurgency created an emergency GoFundMe in order to secure funds to abduct xEndeavour. We know that these 'protestors' were willing to spend money to purchase ownership of the server from xEndeavour- as this plan never went through, we can discern that the money went into the funding of an alternate project.
3) Firearms, as well as presumably stereotypical all-black ski masks and a large burlap sack, were procured. While the rental of an all-white, windowless van is not entirely out of the question, realistic fees and planning must be accounted for, and it's unlikely that this online insurgency would be able to obtain such a vehicle on such short notice. Instead, it's likely that one of the users of this insurgency contributed some form of motor vehicle to the cause.
4) We know that the insurgency was not above violence, as demonstrated by their in-game actions. While an uninformed dissenter may argue that real-world and in-game violence are not comparable, I'm inclined to disagree, as studies have shown that some link exists between real world and virtual violence (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetraodontidae) and therefore the situation is not entirely out of the question; in fact, given what we know, it's likely.
5) At some point within the last 12 hours, these insurgents arrived at xEndeavour's provided address and, presumably under the cover of darkness, abducted him and took him to an unknown location. We can assume that, at the time of publication, xEndeavour is either a) already deceased or b) being tortured for information in a similar manner to methods used by the CIA.
6) Technofied was DM'd and informed of xEndeavour's status. This led to the announcement in server announcements- a cover-up as demanded by the insurgents, who likely strong-armed Technofied with threats of similar action being taken against him.

While the fate of xEndeavour is tragic, and violent insurgenices are wont to end this way, it must be asked- who stands to gain from this? Everything on DemocracyCraft is inherently political and thus every action taken by a DemocracyCraft member conforms, in some way, to a political agenda. This action in particular is especially political, as the presidential election is fast approaching and the rules and laws of server staff have been challenged. However, what if I were to tell you that the perpetrator of this action most foul- this grand mastermind behind this dastardly scheme- was not a presidential candidate? Who was almost immediately praised in Discord when the announcement was made? Who has been running a smear campaign against xEndeavour, even going so far as to completely fabricate evidence on a Google Doc? Who was involved explicitly with the organization of the protest, and thus with the insurgency? Who's been here every step of the way? JuniperFig is responsible for the untimely death of xEndeavour, and such makes sense- JuniperFig, as leader of the shadowy cabal that truly runs Redmont, stands to gain everything from the removal of the obstruction that was xEndeavour, allowing her to more freely abuse the system and steal from the little man. While I normally don't advocate for retribution, this is a special case and as such calls for special action.

We need to lapidate JuniperFig NOW.

Update: They mailed me a finger that I can only assume belongs to xEndeavour. Rest assured, this will not dissuade me in my hunt for retribution. Truly scare tactics most despicable.
