The City and Its Recent Troubles

Reports have recently surfaced within the city regarding a group that forces its members to pay for "protection," claiming to be a dangerous gang.

Several individuals have come forward to testify that they were coerced at gunpoint or while under the influence of drugs.

Lately, the police have not provided adequate support to prevent such incidents.

The citizenry demands liberation from the city's gangs and the criminal violence that has brought us to this critical juncture; in areas once renowned for adventure and recreation, so much blood has been spilled that people no longer even leave their homes, or simply move away.

Through sheer hard work, some individuals have crafted weapons for self-defense and improved their standard of living; yet, the spirit of adventure is in decline, overshadowed by the city's casinos and rampant criminality.
