From Oakridge Courts to Senate Presidency – The Good Fortune of Johnes

Just a few days ago, the community of Oakridge was wishing good luck to their now former Attorney General, Johnes, as he had decided to step down from the seat after diligently serving our beloved town for a solid five months, beginning all the way back in February! Not only did Johnes politely step down with a grace period to give time for a suitable replacement to be found; but even worked together with Mayor Sofia on finding said replacement. The town of Oakridge will miss their former Attorney General dearly and wishes him the best of luck on his next endeavor, which came much sooner than anyone expected!

Just a mere two days following his resignation, it was announced by the government that our very own Johnes had been elected to become the next President of the Senate following the rather short-lived term served by the previous holder of that seat. It is safe to say we are all excited to see how his promising career in our nation's government develops and see the good work he will help accomplish!
