Juniper BlogIn Response To "Addressing the State of the Server"
This is not just about Julia's deadname. End's staff abuse goes far beyond one incident. Don't let them control the narrative.
In an announcement posted at 6:18am PDT on June 7, 2026, DemocracyCraft owner Technofied attempted to address the community’s current protests. However, when summarizing the timeline of events, Tech only mentioned End’s refusal to delete Julia’s deadname from the forums, and neglected to mention the massive list of staff policy breaches from End.
I am displeased by this attempt to minimize the public backlash towards End as outrage towards one action. This is misleading at best. In response, I have collected a list of End’s breaches of Staff Policy that go beyond his refusal to delete Julia’s deadname. The vast majority of these happened within the last 18 months (since I joined DemocracyCraft). Server ownership wants you to think this is an isolated incident. It is not.
I have taken the rules staff have to follow and collapsed them into 5 categories: Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity, Attitude, Communication & Teamwork. I have assigned one or more of these categories to each of End’s breaches of staff policies listed.
End has said what I am writing is “incredibly harmful and almost cost the network”. I have written three blog posts (and now this list) calling End out for abusing his position as owner. He does not want you to see what I am writing. Do not let him control this narrative. We all know what this is about.
To quote from the Staff Expectations and Disciplinary guide on the DemocracyCraft wiki:
Mistakes happen—acknowledge them rather than trying to hide them. Learning is part of the process.
I call on xEndeavour to apologize for each of the following incidents. I call for xEndeavour to learn from each of the following incidents. I call for DemocracyCraft Staff to hold End to his own staff policy. This has gone on far too long.
If End cannot apologize, I call on End to resign as owner of DemocracyCraft. He clearly no longer has the best interests of the server at heart if he is willing to abuse his owner position for personal and political gain, and is unwilling to apologize or make amends for it.
List of End’s Breaches of Staff Policy
- End pasted a building into the main city, using his owner permissions to do so. He was not a part of the DCT at the time (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Revealing the content of an "anonymous" Staff feedback response to gain political points (Confidentiality & Integrity, Conflict of Interest, Attitude).
- Removing a political opponent from voice calls he did not have control over while the political opponent was campaigning (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Muting a political opponent for making a staff report about him for leaking personal information (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Interrupting staff report tickets that are about him to argue and berate the reporter (Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity, Attitude)
- Using owner permissions to delete filings in court cases so he could re-post a different filing (Responsible Use of Permissions, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Using owner permissions to comment on bills in the Senate while he was in the House, even after the Senate changed its standing orders to explicitly ban Representatives from commenting on Senate bills (Responsible Use of Permissions, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Using owner permissions to delete his own wanted point after he was held in contempt of court, while not working for the DHS (Responsible Use of Permissions, Confidentiality & Integrity, Conflict of Interest).
- Insisting staff keep all criticism of him in-house, discouraging them from speaking out to the wider server about his breaches of Staff Policy (Communication & Teamwork, Conflict of Interest, Attitude).
- Deleting a message from a former senior administrator calling him out for his behaviour as both owner and politician, breaking COI policy (Responsible Use of Permissions, Confidentiality & Integrity, Conflict of Interest).
- Refused to back down on Staff decisions even after being asked by Senior Administrators, Managers, and Tech himself (Communication & Teamwork, Attitude).
- Unilaterally removing Angryhamdog as a Manager (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Unilaterally removing Mesemi as a Manager (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Unilaterally banning juniperfig from the Staff Discord (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Unilaterally banning JuliaMC_ (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Unilaterally banning TheSnowGuardian (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Unilaterally banning PricelessAgrari (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Unilaterally banning Cassie (Responsible Use of Permissions, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Refused to apologize for any of the above (Confidentiality & Integrity, Attitude).
- Unilaterally un-banned Alexander Love, against a unanimous staff vote to leave him banned, and requested a female staff member who Alex had harassed supervise Alex (This is just so fucked up in so many ways. This is the dead horse I will keep beating. Justice for Elaina).
- Released a pro-new-player announcement in #server-announcements the day the Presidential declarations opened (Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Refused to accept juniperfig's resignation from President while she was going through a health crisis, as it didn't come directly from her and End's political opponent would have benefited from juniperfig's removal (Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality & Integrity).
- Deleting former senior administrator Scassany's staff resignation message from #server-announcements (Conflict of Interest, Responsible Use of Permissions, Attitude).
- Announced DemocracyCraft discount codes in #server-announcements from his personal account the day before Presidential declarations opened (Conflict of Interest, Responsible Use of Permissions).
- Encouraged staff who disagreed with him staying on as an owner to resign (Conflict of Interest, Attitude, Teamwork & Communication).
- Used his owner permissions to moderate multiple "Remove End as Owner" threads (Conflict of Interest, Responsible Use of Permissions).
- Used his owner permissions to spawn in a higher-resolution piece of ArtMap art than is accessible to players. This art was for a political campaign (Conflict of Interest, Responsible Use of Permissions, Confidentiality & Integrity). Proof: https://imgur.com/a/4qjxOlW
- Told a new player who was requesting access to the Stage VC that “staff aren’t dogs at your beck and call” (Attitude, Teamwork & Communication). Proof: https://imgur.com/a/bMxEWC5
