Who should you vote for the election?

Yesterday The Reveille Times held a presidential debate. In this article we are looking back on the openingsstatements of all 4 possible new presidents. In the stream, every candidate got 2 minutes to give their openingsstatement. I will give you a short introduction on the plans of all the candidates and I will give a quote.

The first one to give his openingsstatement was Asexualdinosaur. He wants to tax banks on their deposits, not their profits. His goal as president is to veto all legislation that the congress passes, because he is tired of the congress passing crappy laws. He thinks the bankruptcy law is a great example of that: A new law was needed and the congress said they would pass a new one, but they didn’t. Because of that, we had no bankruptcy law for a couple of months. After a few months they reïntroduced the old law and making and after a year, there is still no new bankruptcy law. Quote: : ‘I seek to help the citizens of redmond through and through. Not just with small changes, we need big and systematic changes.’

The next candidate was Roman thunder, who represented End’s campaign. The only this he said was: ‘wait, hold on’ and he said nothing and eventually he left. The third candidate was Multiman155.
He started his speech like this: ‘Over the past several weeks we have seen a whole new group of people come in. These are people that have different backgrounds then those who joined the year before. People who played SMP servers, who focus more on playing in-game, more then playing on discord. We have Minecrafters now, not just Discordcrafters.’ For those Minecrafters, he wants to incoparate real in-game analyses to his presidantial ticket. Multiman155 wants to keep and include everybody, not just the Discordcrafters.
The last candidate, Talion, was mostly focused on the new players that came with the Jaron wave. He sees economic inequality between new and the more experienced players as a big problem. Prices in the real estate market have been going up and plots are unaffordable for most new players. Talion wants to change that. He also wants to change the wiki so no information is hidden away and everything is easy to find. Quote: ‘As president I want to be known as someone that thrives change. Change for the new players, change for the better of our nation’

Some of the quotes could be wrong. This is just what I could hear. I want to thank The Reveille Times for the debate.
