Federal Court
Commonwealth of Redmont v. schmuck, 2026 FCR 58.
Our only update today is from a short-lived request for an emergency injunction. At noon EDT, the Commonwealth asked for an emergency injunction freezing schmuck's assets and putting Pellanth Credit and Banking LLC in permanent receivership. The government apparently provided evidence in closed court, but Judge Muggy21 rejected the request for an injunction, as the Court had previously issued an order authorizing the seizure of PCB's assets.
We'll be following this one for the government's pleadings. Stay tuned.
