DCR Court Hijinks - Week of 22nd of June to 28th of June
The court has seen it's fair share of weird, unusual and quirky cases this week, let's jump right in:
KorroMF v. DHS
In this case, the plaintiff describes a series of unfortunate events related to his incarceration and accidental confinement in a 2 block deep hole within the prison compound. Most interestingly, the plaintiff's counsel describes an interaction with Darklander (who is, notably, not a DHS employee), ending with a 40,000$ claim for "loss of enjoyment of gameplay". One wonders if the case won't be dismissed for inclusion of wrong party, as DCT is responsible for construction of the prison, not DHS...
.Sophiethesage V. FluixIsh
A case about a beloved pet being killed in broad daylight. A story of twists and turns: blind dates, marriages, emotional support animals to help with loss in the HoR election, bribing witnesses, oh my! Sadly, there's no evidence of it but the narrative itself, although there's one witness called. Interestingly, plaintiff notes claims for "animal murder", "property loss", "emotional harm" and a request for 300$ in unspecified damages as well as 50$ in addition to that for a new pet.
yatblue v. Fisher atharv_asgola 2026 DCR 78
A defamation case about yatblue's website that the defendant had (allegedly) alleged that it had been "ai slop" and that it had "probs used 5L of fresh water". The evidentiary burden is unlikely to have been met though, as the only proof the plaintiff provides is based on client logs that are inadmissible on their own. A detail that will be no doubt crucial is that the plaintiff had been deported, which might put an end to this proceeding.
zinfern275 v. CoR 2026 DCR 93
Exciting case that seems to be centered around a wrongful arrest claim - there's no evidence provided, although the plaintiff provides proof of their claims in later discovery in an interesting format - the client-side statistics screen. As the plaintiff claims they have been arrested for 2 counts of murder and the statistics screen indeed shows only one has been committed, it'll be interesting to see how this case pans out when the Commonwealth finally appears...
That's all for that week! Come back at the end of the next week for another showcase of DCR court hijinks!

This is not just about Julia's deadname. End's staff abuse goes far beyond one incident. Don't let them control the narrative.
