Today we see an attorney likely to be hoist by their own petard and a noted conman preparing to face a comeuppance.

Federal Court

**Multiman155 et. al v. slapout, 2026 FCR 52.

People are tired of slapout's shenanigans. At least that's what 6 (and counting) plaintiffs have told the Court. The two complaints that are on file seek damages for Breach of Contract and Misrepresentation stemming from defendant's refusal to make good on defendant's agreements with plaintiffs that defendant would give them golden drills. The plaintiffs paid, but the goods never came. Defendant has until Thursday to respond. There appear to be some injunctive issues, too, with the defendant continuing to pay people even while enjoined from doing so.
