Controversial Opinion: End is Right
We cannot remove End from Ownership
What should we do?
It's a genuine question. Many people push for end to be removed for ownership, but I hope you all know that... it will not happen. No matter what you want or think is right, End will not be removed from ownership.
As stated in one of his discord messages, Tech and End are both the co-owners of the server. No buyouts, no giving it to anyone else, it is those two. End isn't removing himself, and Tech can't remove End. They both own the server.
End's right, we really are hurting Tech with these strikes and headaches, claiming End should be gone for ever and other stuff.

Striking really won't do anything, unless we all have clear demands on reasonable changes. And I think Scassany actually brings up good demands.
- End should keep his promises. If he's going to abstain from "day-to-day" operations, he should follow that.
- Let the wiki be player-run. Except for obvious rule violations, the wiki should be a player-ran history that isn't covered up by staff. Things need to be put on there, whether staff like it or not.
- Better communication. Don't remove things without telling the right people or if you have a problem, notify the right department, group, person, whatever.
- Stop the COIs. Separating staff and politics is a rule, so follow it. If your staff duty interlaps with a political thing, remove yourself from that staff duty.
I believe these are very simple, reasonable demands we can ask of End and all staff members. Why? Because most of them are already in the rules.
