An Intro to Bathurst Raceway.

What is Bathurst?

Bathurst, most commonly known as Mount Panorama. Known for the Esses and elevat- oh wait that's the one in real life.

Bathurst Raceway, the 1.7km Circuit on the Southern Island with 6 turns and two straights, the start finish straight at 100m and the second one being 300(ish)m. A flowing track where the skill is to hold down the W key the longest. Bathurst honesty look likes if the current turn one and two of the Anderstorp Circuit was glued onto the end of Monza. With that being said after doing a few laps around Bathurst on a bike I can confidently say... Eh.

How it feels to race

After hopping over the fence using some shrubbery I can say that the track is just a flat-out (constant acceleration) track. I honestly feel like the handling of the bike was quite snappy at points but it was interesting enough, at least the carousel? Hairpin? of turn 2 to stop me from horseback racing up in Aventura. The final two turns (5&6) honestly feel more a like with the switchback roads that a rally car would take. Also, the bike using about 50L per lap (ish) I'm guesstimateing that with the 1300L fuel tank you can do around 26 laps max until you have to do a pitstop (there's no tire wear so no need to account for that).

So as Reville's premier racetrack, the fastest one in the server, Is it good? Well in my personal opinion of practicing for ten minutes, bland. The bike on this circuit at least handles pretty good to the point where you hold W for the entire thing and just compensate for the oversteer you have because fun fact Minecraft is not a Racing Sim. I honestly believe the circuit could be improved. With that being said, at least it's still better than the Miami Autodrome.
