Federal Court
Multiman155 et. al v. slapout [2026] FCR 52 - The co-plaintiff and defendant reached a settlement out of court and filed a Noelle Prosequi to dismiss the case without prejudice.
District Court
MMiqa v. rykazard [2026] DCR 69 - The counsel for the Defendant and the Plaintiff (representing themself) have both been admonished by the Judge for incorrectly distinguishing between an objection and a motion. Furthermore, both sides incorrectly followed the rules of discovery by not submitting proper evidence during the phase. Both sides have been excused due to being new to the field, however everyone is on thin ice. The discovery phase has ended.
Counsel: MaxvEtten representing rykazard (Defendant)
Commonwealth of Redmont v. wttn2c [2026] DCR 75 - After the Defendant failed to appear in Court, a public defender (KeyChunky321) was assigned to be the counsel for the defense. The counsel for the Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss which was denied by the Judge and led to the need for a Plea. The counsel submitted the plea but submitted another Motion to Dismiss. We’ll have to wait to see what happens.
Counsel: AmityBlamity representing the Commonwealth of Redmont (Prosecution); KeyChunky321 representing wttn2c (Defendant)
yatblue v. Fisher atharv_asgola [2026] DCR 78 - Wow. This lawsuit was just posted today in the District Court and it’s already a mess. The initial complaint does not properly follow the template provided by the government. Before the case was even called, both the Plaintiff and the Defendant had a big argument and provided extra complaints. The Judge was not happy and threatened to charge both sides with Contempt of Court. It is unclear what will happen in the case with so much fighting going on before it even was called.
Counsel: Archelit representing yatblue (Plaintiff)
PandaHacker5498 V. Bob Bobby [2026] DCR 79 - The prestigious Theory, Talion & Partners firm is representing the Defendant and wasting no time in poking holes in the Plaintiff’s complaint. The co-counsel, CallMeMateo, has already filed a Motion to Dismiss based on a factual error and a Motion to Strike based on improper labeling of evidence. The Plaintiff’s counsel will likely have a difficult time fighting the firm.
Counsel: Aelia_SingeH3art representing PandaHacker5498 (Plaintiff); Theory, Talion & Partners representing Bob596
Etco v. mvchrelle [2026] DCR XX - The counsel for the Plaintiff submitted the initial complaint, however did not respond at all since then. The Discovery period began without a word from the Plaintiff’s counsel. A motion to dismiss has been filed and will likely pass due to a claim of “Wrongful Death”, which is not a valid civil tort.
Counsel: Wowwowo representing etco (Plaintiff); 00f3 representing mvchrelle (Defendant)
Thank you all SO MUCH for reading the first issue of Standing Order. See you tomorrow!

This is not just about Julia's deadname. End's staff abuse goes far beyond one incident. Don't let them control the narrative.
