IS ALCOHOL TURNING PEOPLE INTO LIZARDS?

(This is an old article but I haven't posted in awhile cus got burnout and this is a personal favourite of mine so reposted it here but everything else posted from here on will be completely new and hopefully as good or better then this one)

It was like any other plain day in DemocracyCraft... I logged on and started talking in chat, asking people for their conspiracy theories, y'know, the regular. That's when I noticed a message from Evidock, a local brewer. I decided to interview them. He said that the government is using alcohol to turn people into... lizards? But how? Where? And most importantly: Why?

I asked Evidock how he knew this, and he said that he found out after he saw people in chat talking about how they “enjoy eating insects”, etc. He told me “Guess what they all drink? Government-made alcohol.” He was also able to buy some of this lizard potion and inspected it, seeing tails growing in it.

I asked him “As a brewer yourself, have you noticed anything weird with alcohol, or has anyone told you to add ingredients that seem suspicious?” He replied with “well some of these recipes man, they tell me to add grass to it. Why would I put grass in a drink?” and followed up with, after we asked him why, “It's so the lizards can get their nutrients... Yes, they tell me to put grass in it - and I'm not going to put no lizard feed in my drinks!”

I also asked him where they make this alcohol, and what it does to people when drunken, and he said “it's all in the tunnels, the sewage... They hide it all down there and put lizard eggs in it, I'm guessing one hatched in the drink I bought. They hatch inside you and turn you lizard from the inside out!”

“And the grass is used to feed the lizards so they can grow?”

“Exactly... they feed them with it until they grow and turn you into one.”
