EndnoteNot so Multimog now
An early fall from grace

There is a lot of irony in watching a President campaign on stability while spending the opening weeks of their administration desperately trying to find it.
Redmont deserves leadership that keeps government active was the mantra, but the most activity coming from this Government so far has been at the cabinet room exit.
Resignations
First came the resignation of Vudaaa from the Department of Homeland Security. Then followed Kukki’s departure from the Department of Public Affairs. The most controversial departure, however, was Amity's departure from the Department of Justice - perhaps because they found out about it when we did?
The decision to oust the Attorney General quickly blew up in the President's face with public criticism, questions over transparency, and then a strike at the Department of Justice. The Congressional Oversight hearing reads like the script of celebrity apprentice, with the former Attorney General stating that they were dismissed without warning. Even better, they only learned of their removal at the same time as everyone else.
Justice is Political
The Department of Justice is currently embroiled in a legal mess relating to the FloofyLunafox case, where the former Attorney General argued that the Department needed to remain independent after President Multiman had publicly referenced the matter during the election period. Her position was that continued involvement in the matter risked creating the appearance that the department was acting in the interests of the administration rather than as an impartial legal prosecutor.
Shortly after their removal, her replacement reopened the case. Nothing to see here!
Priorities
While the Cabinet turns into a waiting room, the Commerce Secretary has been busy creating new securities disclosure requirements, forcing financial institutions to fill in 60 questions when they want to provide a new securities offering.
The President has also been busy repealing President Tech’s consolidated executive order on national symbols and restoring three previous Multi executive orders, angling at ways to remove political opposition through EOs, coming up with rubbish plot redistricting proposals, and force closing tickets while professing openness for discussion.
The solution to our budget woes remains ripping money out of pruning and killing Larry's fishing rewards.
The solution to our Secretarial vacancies is for the President and Vice President to sit in the roles and do nothing.
After watching the President campaign on an active government and competent leadership, I find myself asking if the activity and competence is in the room with us?
