It is a Marvel on how bad this circuit is

This is an continuation of "An Intro to Bathurst"
While it's optional to go and read that article, It gives you a quick idea on what track this is.
The Problems
Now this part is assuming that this is a real circuit so there will be some stuff talked here that won't affect you going around and inevitably crashing in the circuit. (There is a TL:DR at the end)
The first problem is the pitlane
This is the pit entry for the Hockenheimring in Hockenheim, Germany, one of the most well known racetrack in Germany (behind the NΓΌrburgring ofc).

And this is the pit entry for Bathurst
at least the one in game (there is a track in Australia with the same name).

Now the difference is that the Pit entry is definitely a lot more sharper in fact, it's in the way of the racing line. So why didn't they move pit entry to the exit of turn 5 or the entrance of turn 6, not the apex of turn 6. I understand how Minecraft can be limiting in designing the pit lane but in real life when looking an actual track like this (Barcelona Catalunya) as you can see the pit entrance is also on the Entrance of the corner.

And it's not just the entrance that has problems. Its the exit, as it is one of the most crash prone design possible.

Not only does it make cars enter the circuit as gracefully as someone cutting across 3 lanes of traffic to take the exit, it is also ON THE RACING LINE. Let me tell that when a Slow car meets a Fast car on its hot lap during qualifying going around a high speed corner, those don't mix well. And these cars are going fast because of.
Corner Variety / the Corners itself

For a track to be good there should be some points where a driver could overtake or make a mistake. It is those types of corners that is not really here. An example of one of this is one that is consider "Heavy-Braking". It usually is a slow to medium speed corner at the end of a straight requiring to hold the brakes and thus chew up the tires (there isn't a mechanic for tire wear but hey). None of that is here, alongside ANY SLOW CORNERS there is a level of boredom from getting arthritis from holding the W key for so long that comes from this circuit. I can tell you that even Monza would have more braking than needed here. As well the double Carousel of turns 5 & 6 honestly just sucks, it is so bad that it makes the entirety of the Monaco street circuit more interesting than this. As well there is a good bit of Medium Speed Corners and in a nutshell. In real life those corners give the car behind so much dirty air while not giving enough braking for mistakes that it makes racing worse (but aero isn't model so it's fine).
Quite Unfinished
The track while there physically doesn't really have any other elements around. As it is Severely unfinished / unrefined. There is no way to really get onto the track unless you do some parkour or place your bike in first. As well there isn't really anything going on again except for the track itself. I can tell you there WILL be people that would pay top dollar for commercial here once there are races here. And there is none, no fan zone nothing really.

Conclusion / TL:DR
This track is an pretty easy track to follow through but has issues with both the pitlane and corner types. Honestly I see why people don't really race here. The concept of having a racetrack in game is a cool concept but with the problems of the pit lane, importantly the land use around it. And most importantly the track and the "flow" of it really doesn't do the concept justices.
What can we do to fix it?
Well first of all It is definitely suffering from a lack of corners and corner types but the easiest to fix is the pit entrance and exit. Just move the exit further along in the corner, end the pit wall where it ends now for drivers to react. And Move the pit entrance to the entrance of turn 6 and wrap it behind the pit building. That's a simple solution but it doesn't really improving racing that much so here is my "Concept art" for the circuit
